FontKat*
FontKat is designed to create a custom catalog of all fonts available to WordPerfect. With the printed catalog showing samples of all your fonts you will be able to quickly and easily choose the font which is just right for the job at hand. With WordPerfect and carefully chosen fonts just about anyone can create documents which look professionally printed. Very often the challenge is to find just the right font for the job at hand. The macros and templates in this package will allow you to create a printed catalog of all the fonts available to WordPerfect. With the printed catalog finding the right font will be much easier. FontPeeper*
FontPeeper32 is a shareware Windows 32-bit application by PolyVision Software which allows you to preview fonts in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXPress or any other Win32 program before selecting them. Unfortunately, Illustrator 7.0x, PageMaker 6.5x and XPress 4.0x fail to offer the convenience of previewing your fonts before implementation. PolyVision FontPeeper32 makes up for this as a small Windows 32 program whose window stays-on-top and acts like a plug-in tool for viewing fonts. This tool does it all, There has never been a font viewer, bitmap maker, & font utility like this. It even orientates your fonts 360 degrees. View fonts 36 at a time in your choice of characters. It makes 3D fonts, and transparent characters. No more clicking on a font to see what it looks like. You can even print out all your fonts. An online demonstration is available on this site to show you what this utility can do and then you can decided to download the free demo or shareware. Font Viewer*
FontViewer displays a list of installed fonts for viewing. Highlight a font name in the list and change attributes to see what the selected font will look like. Allows browsing fonts on your system using a very easy to use interface. Useful for finding the right font for desktop publishing, software development and image creation. FormPost Edit - Text Editor*
FormPost Edit is a special text editor for those of us who have to contend with posted Web forms. It has many of the fine features of our well know Notebook program, but is considerably smaller, and, consequently, loads much more quickly. In addition to the many standard editing capabilities that the program has, its specialty is interpreting the extraneous characters contained in posted Web forms, turning them into easily readable text. Of course FormPost Edit can then either save or rename the form, as you wish, and also send it to your printer. The shareware version can be freely downloaded.

HyperRead Generator*

JobSpecific*
This native 32-bit DTP tool reads and writes full font references to and from any PostScript™ printer driver listed in your Win.ini file. This means ALL your PS fonts are available for the screen via Adobe Type Manager (ATM) 3.0x or ATM 4.0x while JobSpecific adds and subtracts PS font references for the printer driver. KeyText*

Margarine*
Margarine is useful for folks who print lots of ASCII text files, such as shareware documentation. This program will read an ASCII file, compute the amount of space available for adding a left margin, and allow you to specify the amount of margin you'd like. It can also paginate text files, strip out unwanted form feeds, convert high-ASCII characters to printable characters, and more. A free shareware version can be downloaded.

Multi Clipboard*
Multi Clipboard gives you a holding area for up to 33 fields of text, each of which can contain up to 10,240 characters. Organize bits of text you frequently use in one of the 33 buttons, and then customize the button with a friendly name. When you're ready for that string of text, just push the button to send it to the Windows Clipboard for manual pasting into your document. Multi Clipboard supports multiple databases, so you may have different collections of text strings for various projects. Notebook - Text Editor*
There is one and only one point to this program - to replace Notepad. Notebook is not a word processor. It's sole purpose is to view and edit text files. Origami For Windows*
Origami is the folding editor. A 'folding editor' extends the principle of tree structured directories into a text file. This allows the simultaneous display of large amounts of text, by 'folding' sections of text away behind a descriptive heading. With suitable structuring of the text it should be possible in most circumstances to ensure that no display exceeds a single screen at any one time. The advantage of this system is that it eliminates the need for seemingly endless paging through long files to find the section of interest, allowing you to move down the tree structure, following the (hopefully) descriptive headers, to locate the text you require. PrimaSoft Text*
PrimaSoft Text for Windows is a simple utility program that will help you avoid typing in the same text over and over again. QuickCopy - Clipboard Utility*
If you find yourself frequently accessing or typing the same text over and over again for copy and paste operations, this is a program you'll like! QuickCopy is a small 32 bit program which places an icon in the Windows 95 taskbar tray. Right-clicking on this icon will bring up a menu of text files, which can be very quickly copied to your Clipboard. This menu is totally user configurable. You can add, edit, or remove items from the menu through the QuickCopy Setup program, which can be accessed by left-clicking on the taskbar icon. QuickText*
QuickText is a utility program for users of Windows95, Windows98, and Windows NT that allows the creation and maintenance of a "library" of text strings and text blocks which can be recalled quickly to the clipboard for easy pasting into applications. Because QuickText makes uses of the Windows clipboard, it will work with any Windows application that supports copying and pasting. QuickText supports the storage and pasting of text strings for both blocks of text (such as addresses) as well as single line entries. A shareware version is available for download.

Text Buttons enables you to place often used sections of text behind any of 10 buttons so that it is very easily and quickly obtainable when required.  A 21 day trial version of this program is available for download but keep in mind that for only a one time registration free of $4 you can have this program and many more for free!

Text Grabber*
Text Grabber is a Windows 3.1/95/98/NT compatible program that allows you to grab text from a Windows form (a Web page displayed on a Web browser, an email window, a chat room, etc.) with a wave of your mouse. Grabbed text can then be displayed, edited, printed, saved to file, and retrieved from file. A free shareware version is available for you to download.

Tolken97 v3.2
An easy-to-use text editor with a lot of nice features. Handles multiple textfiles of unlimited sizes. Can "quick-translate" to and from many languages. Dictionary and Vocabulary test included. You can download the program freely and try it out for up to 30 days.

TrayText*
At the moment you may have your autotext or boilerplate text set up in your word-processor - but what about when you are using an e-mail program, a database or desktop publisher? How often have you wanted to insert a stock phrase into an application and had to type it because it was stored in another? It could be your address, your e-mail signature, even your name. TrayText is the simple answer. Left-click the TrayText icon in the tray, and a menu will appear showing the text items you have stored. Click the item you want and it will be "typed" in for you in the application you are using.
