Rent Wizard: The Landlords Software*
With Rent Wizard you manage an entire apartment complex or many individual units or use it to help you keep track of your single rental property. It will help you keep accurate records of all income and expenses and general information about your tenants. It will also let you keep a log of events associated with each unit. You can record any comments and date. Rent Wizard will let you print your log, the income/expense register and it produce a report to help you fill out your income tax Schedule E forms. And, Rent Wizard will even produce two different leases of your choice for use with your property that you can save and print. It will also print many letters and documents associated with rental property such as Change of Locks Notice, Contractual Lien and more. Rent Wizard even has a built word processor for writing letters with your company info as a letter head. It will take full advantage of the Windows 3.1 environment and works well with Windows 95.
